If you are looking for a new diet to try to get a quick fiix, this is not for you. If you're tired of bouncing from diet to diet and struggle to maintain any gains, this IS for you. II believe our bodies were made to eat real, whole foods in their most natural state. I aim to eat clean and healthy 80% of the time to keep my body fueled and healthy. The other 20% of the time I indulge and enjoy a beer with my husband or an ice cream cone with my kids. I don't diet and hate the word! I eat "healthy-ish" and I don't deprive myself of any food group. I have tried the low-carb/no-carb diets and the low-fat/no-fat diets just like most people who venture into trying to lose weight, but I was never able to keep the weight off until I changed my mindset and QUIT DIETING and started living a healthy lifestyle. I believe in all things in moderation! If you try to make major changes that don't fit with your daily life you are going to fail. I believe in starting simple with small changes and building upon those healthy habits you create. One habit at a time you build a strong foundation for health that is not easily shaken.
